If you’re not a fan of grapefruit, fret not, as other citrus juices are fantastic potentiators for kratom as well. Lime, lemon, and orange juice are perfect examples. We recommend not starting with the classic “Toss-and-wash” method, unless you’re already used to the taste of Apple Cider Vinegar, since the taste can be quite off-putting.

For a better mixture of these two, we recommend making kratom tea how you would normally enjoy it (we enjoy honey and lemon juice), then add 1-2 tablespoons of the Apple Cider Vinegar.

5. Chamomile Tea

Quite a few kratom consumers already make kratom tea, and one of the teas of choice is a nice Chamomile tea. Simply adding your kratom powder to a warm cup will increase the relaxation and euphoric effects. We recommend using a red vein kratom powder, with a little honey and lemon, to really enjoy a nice calm night of sleep.

6. Freeze Kratom For Short Periods

Funny enough, one of the more unusual, but best ways to increase the potency of your kratom is to just stick it in the freezer for around 30 minutes. To do this, we recommend using a container that’s freezer-friendly with an airtight seal. Start with preparing your kratom by mixing it with a citrusy/acidic juice with a half cup of water. Mix in your kratom to create a paste consistency. Proceed to freeze this paste for the 30 minutes, be careful not to freeze it for too long, this may lead to lessened effects and a frozen kratom block. Remove it to thaw, and mix the paste with your choice of liquid.
